Cancellation Policy

All the purchase from our website is Pre-paid. Cash on delivery (COD) option is not available. Order cancellation request has to be placed with 24 hours of placing the order. Please drop an email at heartsandcrafts2022@gmail.com or contact us as 8337020270 for cancellation request with order details. Any order cancellation request received after the item is dispatched a flat INR.100/- will be deducted from the order value.
