Return is only eligible for damaged and wrong shipment order item. Return claim needs to be raised within 4 days after receiving your item. Customer has to share parcel opening video. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
